Today we highlight the 3D model of a doll house.

A doll house is a house made in model to accommodate dolls. Originally designed to serve as a game for children, their construction and collection have also become a pastime for some adults.

The history of modern doll houses dates back to the sixteenth-century miniature display cases in Europe that showed idealized interiors. Smaller doll houses, with more realistic interiors, then appeared in Europe in the eighteenth century. They were handcrafted, but after the Industrial Revolution and the Second World War, factories began to mass-produce more standardized and cheaper doll houses.

Nowadays, dollhouse houses for children are generally at scale 1:18, while homes for adults are at scale 1:12.
